Welcome to My Outfit, an app developed and operated by Código Roble. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. Definitions

For better understanding of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• User: Any individual who downloads, accesses, and uses the Application.
• User Content: Photos, descriptions, and any information uploaded to the Application.
• Services: Functionalities of the Application including uploading garments, creating outfits, weather-based recommendations, ads, and subscriptions.
• Free Plan: Basic access with ads.
• Subscription Plan: Paid premium access with additional benefits.

3. Use of the Application

Users agree to use the Application lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Users are responsible for the Content uploaded and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.
• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.
• Users shall not use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The elements that make up the Application are protected by intellectual property rights.

• All software, design, logos, trademarks, and graphics are the exclusive property of Código Roble.
• Users retain ownership of their Content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and limited license to host and display such content within the App.

5. Advertising and Subscriptions

The Application offers a free plan with ads and subscription plans with additional benefits.

• The Free Plan includes ads served by Google AdMob.
• Subscriptions are managed through App Store or Google Play, subject to their payment terms.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.

• The Application is provided 'as is' without warranties of availability or error-free operation.
• Código Roble shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• Weather- or style-based recommendations are for guidance only and should not be considered exact.

7. Modifications

Código Roble may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect once published in the Application.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Código Roble’s country of origin. Disputes will be resolved by its competent courts.

Subscriptions are managed through official app stores and subject to their payment policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

• Cancellations must be made via App Store or Google Play and will be effective at the end of the current period.

12. Restrictions of Use
